How To Order
It's fastest on line
Just go to our website at www.ngsSaltSupplies.co.uk for secure ordering. For extra security your credit card details are not held by us but are processed and cleared by Sagepay so you can be sure of top level security.
It's convenient by phone
You can call us on 023 8066 8815 option 1 during office hours, 9:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday. If we are not in the office, we won't be very far away – probably outside getting salt ready for delivery, your call may even be diverted to our mobiles (at no extra cost to you). If the ansaphone clicks in please just leave your name and contact number and we promise to return your call as promptly as we can
Payment to suit you
We accept VISA, MasterCard and Maestro cards. When paying by card, please remember to quote the expiry date, the security code (last 3 digits on the signature strip on the back of your card) and the issue number in the case of Maestro cards. We also accept American Express for phone orders.
Dispatch within a week
You won't have to wait long for your order. Orders, wherever possible, will be dispatched within 2-4 working days, delivery is up to a further 3-5 working days (though during busy periods this can take longer, please see terms & conditions for full details).
Free Delivery! Direct to your door
We offer free delivery to most of for Hampshire & surrounding areas, further delivery costs apply if you are further away, please tick the correct delivery area after choosing the products you require!
No Quibble Returns Policy We hope you will be totally satisfied with your purchases. If this is not the case, please let us know in writing why, return the items in the original condition within 14 days, and we will replace the item or refund your money in full, whichever you prefer. This is in addition to, and does not affect your statutory rights.
